So far so good today...

Got the goal list posted and I logged my food and calories. I logged food EVERY day of November, but didn't log calories. I figured I have a fair iea from all the calorie couting I've done in the past, but I think it'll help me to be more mindful of my food. I looked in last years food log from January 2010 and I weighed anywhere from 134-129.something so it reminded me where I want to be and how I got there. I let things slide this summer and now I have to make the changes back to calorie counting. I know this will make the difference for me.

Like everyone else, I have challenges this month with birthdays, Christmas celebrations, and other get-togethers, so I'm taking one day at a time.

MS Perception...thank you so much for doing this. I joined another challenge a few days ago, then deleted myself from their challenge because it was so unorganized. (I think I'll like it here) Posting my calories and my weight daily will help me stay OP.

My Goal this month is to lose 11 LBS. SW: 240 GW: 229

CW: 235.4 I lost 4.6 LBS. I should have only made my Goal 5 Lb's for this month. But at least I lost some weight this month. Which is Great for December.

I weighed in at 165.4 this morning which is 1.2 down from yesterday and .6 down from before Thanksgiving. But TOM is coming any day so I hope it doesn't affect me too badly.

171.4 this morning, so down slightly from the past couple days and I've been in the one 171s for a few days now. I'm scared to update my tickers for some reason though. Like it would jinx it or something.

It's all new progress for me now. I'm so happy not to be re-losing anymore.

Well I'm up 1lb from yesterday but I was expecting this. We had a fabulous anniversary dinner last night. I had 3 glasses of champagne and 1 glass of wine and dinner was followed by a delicious piece of chocolate cake which was shared by me and DH. Now I just need to get back to guzzling water and hopefully get all this stuff out of my system as quickly as possible.

I'm a little late getting on here today, but I made it. I'm at 146.0 today, 1.6 lbs down from yesterday. I'll take it. I have kept every detail of my calorie intake and am getting in my exercise...but that could use some work.
