Plans? What are plans? I'm just trying to stay within the calorie count allotted me with my new app. What I need to do is get myself a stationary bike to ride at home. That's about the easiest thing or me to do and the safest with my health issues. Trying to work my way up to the intensity level I should be at, but getting started isn't easy.
Oh well, just gotta keep truckin'
