Hopefully I can join in here and start posting. I would love to see "ONEDERLAND"! I've been doing pretty well so far at least I think so. I just ate a healthy snack of grapes so that makes me feel good and trying to go jump on that treadmill so hard when its TOM. But if I just walk for 10 min. I will feel better than laying around all day. Good luck everyone! Keep up the good work!
So after I posted last I went to walk finally. I walked half a mile and plan on walking the other half in a little bit. Glad I have this site to come to when I need to get motivated to move!
Kristen: You've got the right attitude. There will be times when we'll make those choices but the key to being successful is jut getting right back on track. I hope you're having a good week so far.

I've been doing pretty good. I've worked out every day this week so far and I can tell that my body is getting stronger & stronger. That makes me so proud of myself. I've also lowered my B/P and my dr decreased my meds so I am more determined to keep going and get the weight off.
