I lost 1 more pound this week for a total of 10. I'm feeling very strong now.

I'm good! Not stepping on the scale until sunday morning, hoping for the best.

I had not thought about a onederland goal reward... We will see, may be a trip to a fabric store, by then I should be getting close to a size suitable for making my own dresses!

hello, ladies!

today - i had my first loss since april 10th! down 1.8! finally, it feels like i'm back on track and strong!

sounds like everyone is string and rockin' it out! hope the rest is hanging in there and doing well!

sounds like great goal gifts! i think having something to work towards helps!

Sarah - Great job staying off the scale. I was one of those who hop on the scale all throughout the day but this time around, I'm only weighing at my official weekly Weight Watchers meeting. I'm liking only weighing once as week. I don't focus so much on the numbers on the scale but I focus more on eating right and exercising. I tend to get impatient & discouraged when I don't see those numbers going down every day or when I see it fluctuate up a little.

Kristen - on your first loss this week. Hopefully, it will be downhill from now on 'til you reach your goal. Can't wait to see how you do next week.

the week is off to a great start! still op and still feeling strong! i have the zumba down (4 days!) - now i'm trying to get back into the habit of the firm and the gym on days off. it's coming, slowly... but it will become a habit again.

Hello ladies! I hope all is well and yes I know its very possible for me to make it this year but i have to work hard lol I always get comfy when I lose a few lbs but this time I want it to be different we can do this ladies we can!

Good morning Chickies,

Kristen: It's good to hear that you are back on track too. I'm so proud of us for getting it together. We will soon be back where we were last year. Let's just keep on working the program.

The WW mtg this week was very interesting and informative. The subject was not to always expect to be perfect on your weight loss journey. We will still reach our ultimate weight loss goal if we're OP 80% of the time. It really hit home for me because I always feel like I have to be 100% OP every day of the week. I guess I strive for perfection and then when I slip up, I say "oh what the heck" and just go crazy with binging and stuffing my face with any and everything I can think of. This time I want it to be different in that if I fall off the wagon during 1 meal, I get right back up and start anew with the next meal.

Matilda: Give it your all and you WILL make it to onederland this year. Try not to get comfy until you reach your ultimate goal. Stay stong YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Forgot to mention my loss this week was 1.6. I'm slowly inching my way down to onederland.
