Been doing a lot of yoyo gaining and losing the past 3 weeks so should be a lot lower than I am, but I am still happy with the 46 lbs left to Onderland! I'm hoping to get there by June, or July at the very latest. Once there I'll only have another 59lb to my GW...though truthfully I might just lower that as it gets closer

Hey did anyone notice on Biggest Loser during the weigh-in that one of the women said she was so close to Onderland?? I thought that was pretty neat!
One last thing, my daughter bought me a hula hoop for my birthday in Jan. I had wanted to get one for myself in Dec but it didn't happen. So anyways, it gets here, I am so excited and can't wait to start burning those calories with it and what happens? After a week I still can't get it to stay up and keep going!! My daughter can do it, her boyfriend can do it, my son can do it but I can't

oddly enough they seem to be barely moving when they do it so I'm thinking that maybe I am moving too fast?
My son looks like he is just standing still and the thing spins and spins, my daughter looks like she is belly dancing and can walk and turn in circles and everything and so can her bf.
So...anyone have any tips on hooping?
