I went to my zumba class yesterday. Now hopefully, I can get in another 3 days of gym time this work week. It might get a little tricky since I have a friend visiting until Sunday.

can I change my goal? I'm afraid I won't make the running goal because of the rain. I would like to have at least 3 x exercise per week still plus the push up challenge (be on week 3 day 3 by the end of Oct).
Sorry to do this, I hope it's OK. Last night when I did my elliptical I went as fast as I normally jog (used my jogging playlist :) ). |

I have been bad with posting lately but doing weel with exercise! Here is the recap!

Oct 6- 30 mins run with the girls, 10 mins stretching Maybe I should have posted tomorrow for a week total! but my 6 day total is 190 minutes! |
I got an hour in lastnite of step sculpt this month started off slow for me but hopefully I can get caught up
