Just checking in ladies Happy October first day of a new goal yeah!!!!

I won't get to start gong to the gym until this weekend and then I will start my new goal for this month I just have to get on a workout plan at the gym wish me luck !

Hello ladies! I have to tell you these challenges are soooo motivating for me!

Last month I totally smashed my goal! But, I'm not sure if that was a bit of a fluke because I went to Belgium and was more or less forced to do a lot of walking lol. :) So, I'm going to set the same goal as last month for this month. If I go over again, I'll know that my November goal needs to be upped!

So, my goal for October is 1600 minutes of exercise!

Yay! It's October!! My favorite month! :)

I am so glad that today's workout is over!!! I am so beyond bored with that ST'ing workout I could cry!!! :yawn: Next ST'ing workout I do will be the P90X on Monday!! :carrot: I'm so ready for a change it's not even funny! I am, however, scared to death I'm going to fall flat on my face doing the P90X :eek:, but I'm goin' for it!!!!:lifter::wl:

Sandye - LOL I just wanted to reassure you that you will indeed fall on your face during p90x, that's how you know you are doing it right :) Chest and Back, which you will meet on Monday has about 10 different kinds of push ups that you do to maxium reps, hence fall on your face :) It's awesome!
