Awww good job on the losses everyone!

I'm late again. More computer woes. Plus full time job, freelance business, and school don't leave me much time. It's good thing though. I know I am fortunate to have anything going for me at all.

Had a loss...Down to 169. I am fighting so hard against the stress eating. It's only got as bad as a pringle here and there though lol. In the past it would have been a Taco Bell gorge-a-thon.

I am ready to be sexy for Halloween. How about you ladies???

Oh poor girl. I used to have the worst problems with that. I bled for 2 months one time...Then I decided I better go see the Doc It just makes you feel icky and weak.

Great job ladies. Faux--- where are you?! Wheren't you going to be my jogging buddy? Miss you.

So... I've been off plan exercise wise. Had a pretty good day yesterday. Going to walk at lunch today, and get some more in this afternoon. I've got to get some sort of committment to myself. Maybe we should come up with some intricate challenge?

Well, I get to report a loss for the week so yeah. I am going to PM today as I will be out of town for 5 day starting tomorrow am and will not have computer access. Here's hoping everyone has a loss this week.

So ladies, I've weighed in at 210 again this week. Letting me know that I've not stayed enough on plan. So.... Here's my plan for the rest of October

1550 calories daily
Run - 3x / week (30 mins)
Stationary Bike - 4x/week (1 hr)
Odd days- lunges and squats, other leg moves
Even days- rows, pushups, abs
(So cardio every day, and different strength training every day)

I've made a lovely little chart to use and at the end --- the goal is a super hot halloween costume I've never worn a trampy halloween costume, but I figure I've made enough progress in the past year to call it good enough. I'm going next weekend to get the costume. I don't have a lbs lost goal for the month (but hoping to get closer than I currently am to my Halloween goal).

I'm up this WI. It's totally my fault and I accept that. This week will be better! I restarted my SparkPeople account today and I plan on going to the gym at least 3x this week. I start training for my new job tomorrow! Wish me luck girls, the whole at home thing is new territory for me and I'm a little nervous.

I only have 4 WIs so far! Come on girls, PM those stats!

I was out of town for 10 days so I couldnīt send my WI last sunday (i didnīt even sep on a scale for about 10 days...)
I didnīt do too good, but anyways! I lost a few lbs but those were the ones I had gained a few weeks ago, so Iīm the same weight as 2 sundays ago grrrr.

I so haven't been turning in my weigh ins but I am still trying to lose this weight for halloween. I've got about 6 lbs left but I'll be happy with 5 (big difference lol)
