Okay Chicks, usually FSA starts the monthly exercise goals thread, but last month Ms_P was nice enough to get it started, and this month our newcomer Bella has started it! Thank you Bella!
To keep this May Weight Loss Goals list from becoming too long and hard to follow, I'm going to divide it, putting the exercise goals on the sister thread (May Exercise Challenge) and keeping the weight loss (and other goals) here. So the May exercise goals have been moved to the May exercise thread, so post your daily exercise (if you choose to) there please. Thanks!! And good luck!!! We can do it!!
