I need to get in on this too! I lost 7 lbs in April; my goal for May is 6 lbs. That would be just enough to make me no longer "overweight" on the BMI chart.

Econ, I edited your goal to make it match how you just stated it, which is more exact than what it was before. Good luck, chickie!

Good morning, Ladies! Is everyone ready to start the new month?!

I'm starting out one lb away from the "overweight" category on the BMI chart for my height!! And if I can reach my goal weight (or come close), I will be in the 180s! Yay!! I will be leaving "obese" behind forever! Oh, and just so that I can compare at the end of the month, this time I'm going to include my measurements as well. (I know this isn't usual, but hey, I found my tape measure, lol!)

SW: 197 lbs
GW: 187 lbs.
M: 43-34-44

Good monring ladiessssssss , or rather afternoon! The time has been slipping away from me this morning.

It is so nice to see you gals from our previous thread/s and also those of you joining in with us. Michelle, Musiclover, Newshinyme, Lewisempire, JasonsLea, WestTexasChick, and smallification

Jacqui, thanks for pointing out the mother/daughter team. How so very nice! Welcome aboard to you both! Jacqui, I cleaned out the mailbox a bit

Lewisemipire and econ nerd, hi there girls, happy to see you here. Keep it rockin' . We start our new month today ladies, I am so ready for our fresh start!

Happy first day to our new month and a Happy Friday. I hope everyone has a good first successful day and plans in place. I plan to start the SBD phase 1 (with one of gals here ) on Monday and I am excited about that but need to have a good weekend as well. Those of you from last month know that I had a lot of festivities and all and I had to work around them, ty once again for your support ladies . This weekend, I do not have any social events planned and so I am going to take advantage of it with a good OP weekend. One day at a time though, so right now the focus is on TODAY. for us all on our first day of our month.

My ankle is okay now and it's back to finish some spring cleaning upstairs and a busy weekend with DH on some spring projects. I like to keep busy and it helps with being OP, the activity helps me so much as does the walking. So for me today girls, I will work on drinking plenty of water and have my meals planned out. I look forward to getting to know everyone . Wishing you all a great day, chat soon .

I'm losing my mind! It's "lose 7 lbs to reach 155".

I'll be ok... tomorrow... maybe...

Good Afternoon All

I am so glad that May is here . I had such a horrible April. I had posted a new ticker to reflect my goal. My only question is do we: weigh in on fridays or everyday. I'm just not sure how y'all operate.

So my starting weight today is 153.2
I plan to post my weight every day, even though I don't expect a loss every day. Doing this will, I hope, keep me on track.
I have about 10 lbs to lose (lost 70 so far), and I am determined that 6 of them will be gone by the end of May, never to return.
So, let's go for it everyone!

I am all ready to go!
My weigh-in day is Sunday, so I'd like to keep that. I am so close to that 30 lb. loss but all of April I kept gaining and losing the same 2 lbs.
I have been very good all this week so I am hoping to finally see some movement in the right direction. No socializing scheduled this weekend, so that will probably help me stay on plan.
Let's go everybody!
