Hey girls, I saw this Independance Day Challenge and wondered if y'all joined it? Is this one good for you or do you still want me to make another one? If I do it won't be until this ones ends on memorial Day.

Default Happy Wednesday!

Thanks for the info Diva on the 4th of July Challenge, I will probably just join that group now, along with this group, so I can have 2 mini-goals! LOL...

Anyway, I am a little bummed today, I have not lost anything this week, I wish I wasnt a numbers person, I really need to work on that. But I am still at 168, I am just happy I havent gained anything.

I am really motivated when I read everyones posts, keeping on track reaching their goals, falling off the wagon and getting right back on.

Keep up all the great work.

I did my hr in the gym yesterday with my friend. We did the treadmill for 30 mins ellptical for 15 mins and other machines for 15 mins. I was exhausted its been a while since I've gone to an actual gym. Then I did Jilliam Michaels cardio kickbox for 30 mins today. That was good. I need to get the dvd.

I completed my full hour of Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. That is some hardcore cardio for ya. How exhausted but I hope all these workouts pay off this Saturday for weigh in.

Hey ladies!! I've been out of town all week and without a scale. I normally weigh daily just to keep me on track so I've been kind of freaking. I've stayed on plan with my diet,but I didn't get to exercise because I left my tennis shoes at home!!! Ugh!! I'm in the middle of nowhere with nowhere to buy any either! Oh well! I'm going home tonight so hopefully tomorrow's weigh in will be good!! Hope everyone is doing well.

Good morning everyone! Just a quick check in for me...only 4 lbs away from goal!

Anyone else afraid of May? My birthday is in just over a week, and we are celebrating Mother's Day/my b-day this weekend with a Sunday brunch... plus BBQs and baseball games with stadium food... I am really going to have to conjure up that willpower dust!!

Default Feeling a little discouraged.

Good evening ladies! I have been staying OP, I feel bad when I dont check in with 3FC, so much going on. Hope everyone had a great weekend, and a wonderfull Mothers Day.

I am still doing calorie cycling, and I have increased the intensity of my workouts, shifting things up a bit. But I have only lost `1/2 a pound since the 4th, and I work out EVERY DAY, sometimes twice a day! Today I feel like my hard work is not paying off. I keep trying to remind myself that the slower it comes off, the better it stays OFF. Its not working for me today though.

I really hope I can make my goal! Sorry for being a Debbie-Downer.

I also joined the Independence Day Challenge and the Sexy by Labor Day 2009 Challenge.

Hey girlies! I'm still here and checking in. Still struggling. Some days I feel like a rock star others, eh...not so much. I think once this is over I am going to join one if the other many challenges that are going on here in this forum. I think Short mini challenges may work better for me...we'll see. But keep on with this one too. We have a week and a 1/2 to go! Good Luck!

I have been soooooooo bad about updating!! Seriously so incredibly busy! BUT, I have been really good on WW. I am pleased to announce that I am 15 down and 5 to go for the Memorial Day challenge! I am actually on Maintenance with Weight Watchers. That said, I am really happy with myself and plan to continue trucking. We got a contract on our house (sale) yesturday, so dh and I are going out tonight for din-din and a few glasses of vino. No OP tonight.....mama needs to RELAX! I promise to check on all of you tonight or maybe I 'll promise by the weekend. I hope and have faith that you are all doing as awesome as before.
