I hope all of you had a happy easter . I have been waiting every 5 days to weigh in but I'd cheated and took a peek because me and chocolate/jelly beans/ peeps are my weakness and I over indulge a little yesterday. To my surprise I have lost a pound . I don't know if it's because my calories have been all over - some short, some over; I don't know ????? Anyways, I will check back in bit.

Well you go girl! I ate like a little piggy yesterday and it showed on the scale today. O'well. I did manage to get my execise in. It's not the end of the world, just one day of being a bad girl. :P
Today:
WATP's 2 miles w/weights
30 minutes Sparkpeople Strength training.
I do have a leisure 1 mile walk, but I don't really count that since I didn't sweat or anything.
Have you all forgotten me and gave up??? I sure hope not being that it's my Birfday! Get to exercising and Posting ladies!!!! That's what I want for me Bday! Everyone give me at least 20 minutes of cardio today!!!!

I, for whatever reason, finally showed a loss... even though I have been off plan for like 2 weeks. So weird. But I am happy, nonetheless. Halfway to my memorial day goal... can I do it? I gotta lose 5 more lbs....

WOW! You go girl! I'm not even close, but I am not giving up. I guess I am just getting started! The Fitness area of Sparkpeople has totally motivated me. I LOVE the customized Strength training section! I do it 3 days a week, and boy does it make me sweat and sore afterwards! I have it set to do 30 minutes strength training on M, W, & F. I work my arms, abs, chest, legs, butt, back, everything! It's so cool!
Birfday Workout:
1 hour (3.2 miles) on the Treadmill (HIIT)
30 minutes Strength Training.

Coolbeans. I think some peeps have abandoned us here. O'well. LOL! it was nice here today too, finally! But I am a lil' bitter because I was hoping to win the lottery so I can buy the house I want up the road. *sigh*
I know that I haven't been posting alot lately. Frankly, I just have been very busy. Tax collection just ended and baseball season is here. So, I'm running all over the place. Anyways no change as of yet. My WI is sunday. I'll post then. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and I have nothing to wear just between us, I just want an excuse to buy something pretty.
Yeah, I have noticed it's gotten much quieter on this thread... but this is the only challenge I am a part of so I plan on continuing to update.
I was down .7 lbs today. I am pretty excited considering I ate pizza yesterday. But, I worked out like a madwoman and I didn't eat too many calories for the rest of the day, so I guess it all evened out.
