Well so far so good, I'm down 2 lbs since I joined this challenge! I also took my measurements today and I've lost 2 inches off my hips and 2 inches off my waist! Everything is finally going down again, I had a gone a few weeks with basically no loss and these past 2 weeks I seem to be getting back on track. Hard work definitely pays off! Keep up the good work girls!

WTG. I'm down 2 lbs as well. I was hoping for more. Looks like I'll only lose half of what I want unless something changes.

my husbands family reunion is memorial day weekend. I've worn JEANS and really long SUN DRESSES at 30yrs old in the past.

i want to give Medifast a go. Due to financial constraints, i had planned to purchase the meals on april 15th. but now i'm thinking the sooner the better.

plus i can always begin with the 2 week meal plan which cuts half the cost ($155) to give it a test run and to see if the meals taste like hard wood or not. LOL!

Plus my birthday is May 14th. I'll be 31!

NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT!

Welcome! Good luck with the new food!

Uncle TOM arrived today, so of course things kind of blow right now. lol! Every since Monday, I have been all anti-social and can't seem to bring myself to leave this house. I guess I went into stress overload with the poison thing and drama with my son. Good news is my house looks great! ;)

Also, Day 2 off Ditropan and I am now sweating again! I am peeing more too, but my nose isn't as dry, my vision is not as blurry and I am SWEATING! I haven't had a good sweat since Nov. Even after an hour on the TM or an hour of step aerobics, nothing, nada, zip! That's just not right! Maybe tomorrow I can manage to leave this house, hit the GYM, and test the Sweat situation on TM....maybe.....

Diva - I completely understand TOM arrived for me today so I will not be doin my wrkout 2morrow but keep my eating on track.
Last time I had it. It only lasted 3 days so I'm hoping its the same this time. I have a friend coming back in 2 wks and I really want 2 look good for him.

Well, last night was the first good night's sleep I've gotten since last Thursday, so I feel pretty good this morning! I think I am will resume some exercise today whether it be at the GYM or here @ home, so long as cramps stay away. I hope you all have a fantastic day & weekend and stay OP!!!! :D

Was 197.4 last Friday so down over 3 lbs this week. I actually don't believe that and think my scale is wrong! i've been losing so slowly (1/2 lb to 1 lb per week) that this seems unreal. oh well. I won't complain!!

nicki rose98 03-27-2009 12:29 PM

I'm finally out of the 190s! So excited! And someone commented that my 16s were too big. LOL!!!!

brooksrm 03-28-2009 01:11 AM

Saw a new low number today, 182.8. Haven't seen anything under 188 in years so this is new territory for me. I'm afraid it's not gonna stick so I'll let you all know when I weigh Monday.

jmfan317 03-28-2009 12:30 PM

Well I'm happy today I'm down 2 lbs now I'm at 164.2 lbs. I'm so happy I didn't see a gain. Lets see what happens next weigh in for Saturday the first wk of April.

Brooksrm- Congrats!! You'll still with the # just keep with your wrkouts and eating right.

brooksrm 03-28-2009 12:43 PM

Yesterday I ate.. well, not terrible but not good. I was good until about 11pm when after going to see Jeff Dunham perform, my friend and I hit applebee's on the way home to split a dessert. I knew that was trouble for my calorie count, I mostly budgeted for it for the day, and I ended up with less than 1550 cal for the entire day still. It's not something I do often, so I feel ok with that. And the 182.8 did stick, this morning.
