I am feeling your pain. I just keep losing, gaining, and losing the same 3 pounds! Grrrrrrrr This is TOM week so I am not going to sweat it today. I stayed OP (on plan) every day last week, and I plan on doing it again this week. Except I am skipping the workout today. Cramps are kicking my butt and I just feel tired and weak.

Good Afternoon Ladies :sunny:

God, everyone is doing great and I feel like a total loser :(. I have been really struggling lately and I am fed up with trying to lose weight :tantrum:. I have been yo-yoing 3 lbs for the last few weeks and nothing is helping. I have tried uping my exercise, cut calories, cut fat, cut sugar...etc. NOTHING!!!!!!! I was very excited to see this challenge come up and I was ready to lose some weight but now :dunno: I believe I have lost faith that I can lose weight. I am feeling a bit down and stressed. I'll check back in a few days. I'm not going to weigh myself until May 1st maybe by then my faith will come back and I can :kickbutt:. I hope you all have a great day and keep up the great job :bravo:

I love this website, I am so addicted, I told my mom and at least 5 of my friends about it. LOL... I am weighing in tomorrow, kinda scared, I did good over the weekend, but the :burger:fast food:burger: even in healthy moderation/choices, is a killer. Today I stayed OP (I know what it means now!;)), so I am happy with that! Love the BL info about the show, I just started getting into that show recently. Amazing what goes on behind the cameras. Gotta Love reality TV.

Well im still 195-- havent really lost anything. Havent really been excerising either. But I plan to get out of my lazy rut and pull my butt to the gym. I havent lost my enthusiasm ive kept with my lifestyle changes just need some excerise to keep me melting. Hope everyone is doing well!

I am down again (kind of a shock for me)... 143.4 today. Only .4 lbs to reach my memorial day goal.

Hi! Today is April 30 ... by Memorial Day May 25th, I had planned to be down at least 9 pounds. I only have one pound to go ... yay! Once I reach the first goal, I will set a new goal.

I have switched over to Atkins from calorie counting and the low-carb way has been helping me tremendously. It's only been a week, though, and I've had to do a little adjusting to eat more carbs in the morning on weight training days. But I certainly am losing faster.

Now, onward and downward... I'd like to lose 8 lbs by 4th of July :)
