Hi All,
I weighed in this morning and was 156.9, whew, I looked the other way for a few weeks and about 3 lbs just snuck on me (okay not snuck - I pretty much ate everything in sight). I would love to see anything under 148 (148 = no longer obese), but honestly if I could fit in this size 8 dress again I would be happy with that. I am doing a reading (and FH is standing up) in a wedding on June 6th. |
I'll join in too! I'm really struggling to see much of a change in the scale (while hubby is easily dropping weight, grr!), so I'll just go with 10 lbs.

Hello!!! I am IN! I'm shooting for 20 by my 30th b-day in September, so 10 by Memorial Day. Is 10 OK?
I have found that when i'm most successful I also set daily or weekly goals for eating and exercising... mini goals to get me to the big goal. So... my weekly goals are: workout 4x week follow ww points - every day (only allow flex points 1 day) get at least 7 hours of sleep (minimum - goal is 8!) Are you gals up for daily/weekly check ins? |

Okay down to 195 today. Just .5 but that's good enough for me. I did well yesterday. But then my sister sat across from me at dinner and I had a bite of her chicken alfredo and finished her nachos. Bad me!!! But i skipped dessert and did 30DS when I got home from work so I don't feel too bad!
