Things are looking up today and I am ready to be my bubbly little self again. I was just having late child support/ex-hubby troubles and I was WAY stressed out and yeah...I ate my feelers....again... *sigh* But it FINALLY came today so all's well in Roni's world now. ;)

Hey Diva,
I don't believe that there is one for the 4th of July. I know that there is a monthly one and a season one. But not for the 4th. I would love to give it a go again, this one I have failed miserably:(.

Hello Ladies,
Checking in... it has been a REALLY LOOOONG time since I have posted. I have been very frustrated and struggling with this plateau that I have been on FOREVER!! I have only lost 2 lbs!!!!!! AAAARGH! I finally gave in and met with the trainer at the gym who measured and calipered (HUMILIATING) me 2 months ago, and I have lost 5% body fat, so at least I know I have been losing fat, and I must be building muscle. It is still making me crazy not to see the numbers on the scale change.
I have been keeping on plan and exercising like a fiend! I have even been doing 2 workouts/day 3 days a week - 4 days/week of boot camp and 3 additional classes of cardio contact (boxing-kickboxing). I had better see some more results soon!!
At least I feel good.
Hope everyone else is well. Thanks for letting me vent!! I know I have allies here. Memorial Day is still 25 days away. WE CAN DO IT!!

Hey ladies!! I don't even remember the last time I posted here. Well I went on a two week binge and now I'm back. I know there's no way I can make my 20lb goal by memeorial day but I'm going to lose the most I can. I'm back down to my start weight for this challenge of 188. I'd at least like to get down to 180. I'm recommitting.

Had slacked off a lot and had some problems but going strong again. Started the Fat Smash Diet on April 30 and have already lost 4.2 lbs so I think if I keep at it I could possibly lose close to my memorial day 20lb goal!! But Ill be happy with 10!

Oh my Gosh. Really! What the heck is goin on. 169.6 lbs frm 167.4 lbs. I just wanna scream. How frustating can this be. I'm gonna have a OP this wk. startin 2day cuz this is ridiculous. I did get my belly button pierced Wednesday so this OP and wrkouts comin up should help my motivation to lose some weight.

HELLO EVERYONE! So I have been MIA for the past week, way too busy! ughhh I have stayed OP, had to kick up the intensity on my workouts cause for 9 days I lost NOTHING, and after 2 days of a higher intensity workouts I dropped 2 pounds quick! I was AMAZED. I think my body got used to the routine I had, so I had to swiftly change it up.

So here is my Weight in.

SW 192
CW 168 ~Finally under 170, i thaught it would never happen!
GW 130
Memorial Day Goal 162

SO i am super close!

Keep up the good work everyone! :tread:

I would also totally love to join a 4th of July challenge, I may have a hard time loggin in, cause that will be durring our move, but I know I can do it!

Yeah I haven' done too well either. Even on weeks that I am OP and doing well I am lucky to lose 1 lb. *sigh* It's very hard. I think trying to lose weight and get my sugar under control are two of the hardest things I've ever tried to do.

I don't know if any of you use Sparkpeople.com, but they are having a Sweat suit to Swim Suit Bootcamp Challenge for the month of May and just making an account and joining that group and doing the daily challenges enters to to win $500, and other prizes too. I am very excited this morning! For one, I am starting to get my blood sugar under control! Secondly, I have an entire week under my belt that I have not had a late night snack...this is VERY hard for me, and Finally, :goodscale The scale was my friend this morning and I am FINALLY out of the 190's! :cheer: YAY!!! Just barley, but gosh darn it! I am rejoicing today and will do everything in my power to continue this downward trend!!!!
