Diva- You'll get out of the 190's
I understand where your coming from cuz I can't seem to get out of the 160's and when I do it gets back up there. Its aggravating but just keep doing your wrkouts and eating plan and you'll get in2 the 180's in no time. |

Hello, everything is going great here. I run 3 times/week and I love it.
I skipped todays weighin because of TOM. I always gain 2-4 pounds each time.. So I'm hoping for a good number next week.. |

I lost 2.6 pounds this week...12.2 more to go. I got 10% loss also. I am on cloud 9. This next week will be challenging, though.

I was gonna wrkout today but I didn't get much sleep last nite and my back hurts cuz of the weather. So I'm gonna wrkout 2morrow in the morning after I get my nails done and after lunch. A dble wrkout 2morrow.

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been checking in recently. I've been very busy with school work since I'm only 3 weeks away from the end of the semester. I was wondering if ya'll could do me a favor and take a survey (it's completely anonymous). It's for my research project for my Experimental Design class. Nothing much going on my end here. Last sunday we went to see the Cherry Blossoms down in DC as the weather was awesome. SO many people there it was nuts. I walked the full loop this year. When we went last year I remember having such a tough time walking and we didn't complete the loop. What a change losing only little bit of weight and staying active can make. I just hope I keep continuing on this path to better myself and never revert back to what I was. So keep up the good work ladies and stay OP! We can all do this together. No turning back!! BTW TOM is here for me this week and it's Ugh!! :mad: |
I went and got my nails done then I came home and did my wrkout from yesterday that I didn't do. After I eat lunch I will do my workout for today.

I did both of my wrkouts today. The Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones I only did the warm up and circuits 1 &2 I was pouring sweat. Its cuz you do everything 2xs. I have circuits 3 & 4 tomorrow. I hope I lose 1-2 lbs this wk when I have my weigh in.
