I didn't have such a great weekend and the scale shows it today.

As of March 29th I weighed - 167.5. It is going down but not fast enough. I skipped workout on Sunday and Monday for no particular reason but just cuz. I hate it when that happens. Anyhoo, back on workout track today. Food OP is going good.

I'm doing well. Losing steadily and consistently. I'm happy! LOL

weighed in this week at 198 still 22 lbs to Memorial day goal. I've been working out pretty hard so I hope I'm just retaining water.

Sorry I've been MIA but I'm having such a hard time getting back on track! I don't even want to step on the scale:rolleyes: and I'm not. I need to focus on getting back on track with food and exercise before I start focusing on the number. Weighed in yesturday @ WW and I lost nothing! Sort of expected it. I did not gain, either. Guess I should be happy. I have never, in 6+ weeks, gone off-program, so I am hoping for great BIG numbers next Tuesday. Wish me luck. I hope we ALL have HUGE #'s! Let's get to that goal.

today I have still lost nothing... It's been almost 2 weeks at this point. Plateau? I dunno... but I am still staying OP regardless. I know my body will respond at some point. It's frustrating, it's disheartening... but it will not break my will! lol. Who knows, maybe when I go to vacation and am separated from my scale (still planning to stay OP though) the fat will magically melt away, haha. Here's hoping! Nicki rose, congrats on your steady losses. You are doing awesome! I wish my scale was moving like that! |

Hey everyone. Wow I feel like I haven't posted on here in forever. I've had so much school work lately. Then on top of that my allergies have been absolutely horrible to the point where it's hard to function, so I haven't exercised in 2 days :( Next week is Spring Break so hopefully I'll feel better so that I can catch up and get back OP. I at least had a loss at WI this morning. I'm down to 172.4. Hope everyone has a good week.

I know it's been a while since I last posted. I kinda freaked out when I gained 4 lbs in 4 days :yikes:. So, I'd decided to take some time and regroup and now I am under controll :). So I am down 2 lbs of the 4 but 1 for this goal. I still have time to lose it. I'm ready :sumo:. I have decided to weigh myself every 5 days, weighing everyday was making me crazy:crazy: Anywho, I will check in on my weigh ins and keep in touch.
