Okay, I knew I was going to be up a bit, but geez........almost 5 lbs up??

I’ve decided there is some kind of cosmic, gravity type phenomenon happening that is making all of our scales go haywire. It’s affecting all the scales that are going up, the one’s that are going down are fine

I’m kinda mad to be back over 350……….

Haven't hit the scales yet. Today is going to be weigh in day. Hattie and FB I too wish I had that answer for the standstill. I have tried everything from mixing up eating habbits to increasing workout and haven't had no luck. I think that it is our bodies cruel way of trying to get us discouraged so that we will quit and it(the body) can stay at a comfortable weight.

Down 0.6 from yesterday. I was nearly certain that I would be up, seeing as I'm still a little bit puffy from the massive allergic reaction I had yesterday, and well, three benadryl will pretty much squash any chance of exercise - as well as any chance of really doing anything but sleeping.

Okay, a big congrats to those who are making good progress!!
To the rest of us....UGH!!!!
I am at my second stand still of this challenge. 4 days at one weight, now I'm on day 3 of this weight. Is that weird?! 4 days at EXACTLY the same weight and then 3 days at EXACTLY this weight. I try to think it's better than going up and down, but is it? It's equally unexplainable. Yesterday, I was so POP and did my workout. Maybe it's stress....who knows!
