Congradulations BARB! WAY TO GO GIRL!
I am up a bit today ~proboly from that snow/ice storm I had to eat what was available(my food ruined from electric outage) so I weighed more than what is on my ticker this morning....ARGHHH ( at least I am still in the 220's & I will get it back off~MUST DO MORE WALKING ~And Now I have food ~not just from a can~So I can eat as Wise as I was doing.

I definately want in on this challenge...but feel it would be unfair to start today. I am up about 2 pounds at the moment but i know that it is not 2 pounds of fat. I ate a little bit heavier foods last night and didn't drink as much water as normal....AND did my strength training last night. Lots of factors there making me weigh in at 156 instead of 154. Going to try to eat lighter today, get lots of water and get my aerobics in tonight and hopefully start back at 154.

I'm up .2 ...Darn it! Could be worse though. Probably from lack of sleep and to much salt yesterday. We will see what tomorrow brings

Oh poo! Just go with today's weight - that's what makes these challenges fun. Besides, fluctuations happen to all of us - in both directions.
