    No worries ladies, I don't have faith in this number. It's partial dehydration from all the beer I drank last nite.

  • Weighted in this morning and at lest the scales like me enough to go down a lb. Work is rough don't even get enough time for lunch and it is reeking havoc on me.

  • Well ladies i came to a realization today. I am never going to win one of these challenges. I went to my calorie-count account and looked at my losses. Other than the first 2 months, I seem to average 3 pounds a month. I am definitely taking the slow boat. Unless everyone has a really bad month, I will always come up short. Oh well. It is still fun to come and play.
  • Mindy, I won one, that was neat, but for the most part, if I start the next challenge a pound or two less than the one before, I consider it a victory. I am with ya! But I love starting each one a bit less than the one before!

    mtiger, that's me too. Last month I lost 2 pounds. I don't even think about winning. Still works for me . I'm going to be sad when I'm done losing
  • It not about winning for me either. I love that you can come here set your goals with everyone else.....then work together to make them. It's fun starting all over with my goal a few pounds less than it was the challenge before.
    Winning would be fun too

  • I like these 5 lb goals too even if I don't win. It is funny because once someone wins you start all over again. We are actually helping each other to lose much more than 5 lbs. 5 new rounds could be 20 lbs!

    This round has produced nada so far. At least I know I can maintain.
  • I never do these challenges expecting to win but they do help make the whole journey seem easier and more achievable to me. I have lost at least 30lb doing these 5lb challenges. Its another mo:tivator for me to get new SW and GW to aim for each new challenge.

    That being said I am still way up, oops. Lesson learned.
