    The scale is being nice to me this week! Tomorrow is official WI day so hoping to see this trend continue!

    So Mindy – is there any truth to working out during TOM relieves cramps? I get them so bad I just want to crawl into a ball & die. The last thing I want to do is exercise. Good for you!!

  • Chef- I believe it does help. Yesterday while I was working out I didn't notice them at all. Several hours later that evening, they were back. I just don't let anything stop me.

    Tonight I did 50 min. of kickboxing. There was a 10 min. ab section at the end. YUCK!!! I think I'll feel that tomorrow. Scale is staying about the same, but now that TOM is moving through I am hoping for some loss.

  • Not good news here for me... My fault I had a run in with some caramel corn. Ah well it doesn't bother me because I know exactly why I gained and I know that its not a 2.5# gain for good more like 0.5#.

  • Four days straight with no change. I want those dang 170's....where are they?! Oh well. More water, more activity, and pray for the best!

    Another 1.4 pounds down from yesterday...and i even had chipotle. Of course, I only eat about a third of the burrito for a meal...

    I started the year 80 pounds down, so I've lost 12 pounds since the 1st of Jan.

    I will confess....we are going on a dinner date with 3 other couples tonight and although I don't plan on going nuts I am contemplating a glass of wine and dessert. We'll see.
