I’ll take this new “lose a pound a day” thing that’s going on! Hoping to stay under the 350 line until the weekend, then maybe I’ll believe it’s real.
My goal today is NUTRITION! I ate crap yesterday but stayed w/in my points. I had real Doritos & a Twinkie! I didn’t even get all my water in & I never have a problem w/ that! Bad day at work. The fact that I stayed on plan at all was a miracle.
My afternoon snack is a bowl of fruit & we are making shrimp stir fry for dinner. Heavy on the fresh vegtables & whole grain rice!!
