Hey all!

Mez: when you post your SW, you can put your SW for this challenge... like if the first day of this challenge you put the sw s the weight you are that day. It just makes it easier to see your progress in this specific challenge! You are doing awesome!

I was running late for work this morning (stupid Mondays), so I didn't get to weigh in, but I am recommitting myself fully to losing this weight, and am excited to see what a full week on-plan can do!
