OMG. I can't believe it. I'm under 160. The last time I was under 160 (that I remember) was pre-1990 and I was in college.

*thud*

I stepped on and off the scale 4 times this morning - I couldn't believe it was true.

Well, today was another good weigh in. I'm down another full pound. Probably because it's my first week, but I'm still excited- and working hard! I told my boyfriend last night I was hoping to lose at least half of a pound today and he's like "that's not that much". ha. encouraging right? I tried to explain to him that when you add it up, it is that much ;D I love him, but sometimes he's just so clueless!

Photochick- congrats on getting back into the 150's. I'm happy for you!

I have a friend whose an inch taller than me, weighs 140 and is a size 6! Not fair.
I feel your pain! I seem to wear a couple sizes bigger than anyone else on this board my height and weight. But in the end, it doesn't really matter . Keep the faith !

PhotoChick!! I'm so excited for you! Congratulations!

Faux, I am with you on the excess sodium yesterday. Tomato soup sounds like a healthier option than mine, (Thai food, yum!) though.

Thanks guys!

I"m about to make some changes I think. I was looking at my weight loss chart today and seeing some trends that I need to work on.

But I"m really excited about being in the 150s finally. I'll change my ticker on Monday if it stays there.

Oh Photo, rock on !!

Faux, I love those luna bars too!

I have found this high protein , lower carb food. It probably sounds kinds gross but I am LOVING it. Small problem-- tho loaded with protein and relatively little sugar, it has LOADs of salt.... it's called pickled herring and onions. I bought a large jar at the beginning of the week and I've had it for at least one snack or one meal per day day. So yum. (In the right hormonal state, I can drink pickle juice out of the jar)

start 125
current 126
goal 120
