Yikes.... my bicep is almost as big as my neck

Do you guys recomend any site for calorie tracking or other tracking? I like the tracking part...

Well.. first off.. welcome to the new guys!

Secondly, Yay for all of you sticking on plan! ( jessicas.. you can do it! )

thirdly, the movers just left and my scale went with them! So i won't be able to weigh in till the end of the week. Im nervous for the traveling I will be doing ... it's always a time when I dont stay on plan as much as I could/should.. but this time will be different! that's my goal!

Ok, back down a bit. I'm hoping for a further drop today as I continue to drink lots of water and hit the gym. I was on target for calories last night and my macros were pretty good (a little too much fat, but not too bad).

Wow this thread is really moving along. When I 1st noticed this thread last week I really started to push myself to workout every day. Changes day to day from cardio to pilates. I have hand weights and plan on "lifting" while watching T.V. I really want to get where I love to workout once again. I'm also known to jump on the scale a couple times a day. Once in morning and sometimes before bed. I kinda got a bit scared when I seen the scale hop up 1 lbs when I started my workouts. I know there are many factors and I'm on plan to a tee. So today I stepped on and I'm back to my cw. I'm hoping and praying that I won't hop back up tomorrw or stay that same. Geez I should know better than this. See the thing is I've never gain weight when I started to workout NEVER!!! This is new to me so I'm a bit nervous. Ok it's off my chest I feel better. P.S. I do have goal pants that I plan on trying in another week if the scale doesn't move. I can pull them up but can't zip.

Ok I just got my scale and I was close. My actual weight is 194.5... i got one of those fancy scales with the BMI, etc. Now i have to read the manual.

I now want to get one of the distrance trackers that you wear... maybe in your pocket or clip on. Any suggestions?

Mermerzie, where did you get that person? is that actually you? Is it a pic you photoshopped?
