Ok, seriously I have NO idea what happened. I ate some salty stuff this weekend and went a little over (my housemate came back from Phoenix visiting his parents and we had fajitas at Chilis), but I didn't pig out or splurge all weekend or anything like that.
But I'm *waaaayyyy* up.

It has to be sodium. I know I didn't drink enough water this weekend. But I'm so sad. I was below 160 and now ... now!! *weep*
So my pledge this week is that I will stay 100% on plan with eating and exercise, and drink lots of water. And for the love of all that's holy, hope that drops me back down to my beloved 159.
