Good Morning Girls,

I 've been MIA about posting my weight, the past few mornings have been hectic. However, I am still at 151 but guess what.......


I actually fit into a size 10 shorts this morning, and granted they are probably more like a 12 but going from only fitting into a 14 for the last 4 years IT FEELS GREAT!!!!!!!

This that Great Buns workout and Thin Thighs Guarenteed really is working!!!

So my stats are SW- 154
CW- 151
GW -149

Hey...anybody need a little motivation for this challenge???? I got to lookin' around and reading some of the past 5 lb challenges...and I've seen some amazing changes!!!!!

Tyler Durdin - aka Josephine -

Do you realize that for 5 lb challenge #8 ( which was 9 challenges ago...started on May 8...which was only about 2 months ago...a little over 2 months) anyways for challenge # 8 your start weight was 185.8 and goal ws 180.8!!!!!!! Now you are at 153....HOLY CRAP!!!!! That is 32.8 lbs in a little over 2 months!!!!! That's about 3.4 lbs a week for 9,7 weeks!!!!! You go girl!!

So point is...if anyone feels like they are in a slump....or needs a bit of motivation.....look back to some of the old challenges and see where you came from....remember how you felt....and be proud of your accomplishments!!! And then go bust a move so you can lose more!!!

LOL, yes, these challenges have been VERY good to me, very motivating. 3FC overall has been great for me, I've lost -54.8 pounds in 17 weeks. I have NO complaints!

Good for you Mercer for getting into a 10 that must feel great and just think you will be in single digit shorts in no time flat!

Josephine-that is soooooo awesome! I can only hope that I can continue to lose weight so I can be where you are. I was around 205 after giving birth to my 3rd and my goal is around 140 give or take a few so you are my inspiration to keep going because it can be done! thank you

Josephine - That is sooo great! I'm so happy for you!!!

That motivated me to no end today! I know I get a little down when the scale doesn't reflect all my hard work! But we really have to look at it like this....its just one day...or one week...that didn't reflect my hard work...but if I stick with it...day after day after day...before you know it I will be like Josephine and be 30 lbs down before you know it and then 50 lbs...etc...etc....

This site and you ladies are so great! Thanks for the extra motivation today Josephine!!!
