Hey...anybody need a little motivation for this challenge???? I got to lookin' around and reading some of the past 5 lb challenges...and I've seen some amazing changes!!!!!

Do you realize that for 5 lb challenge #8 ( which was 9 challenges ago...started on May 8...which was only about 2 months ago...a little over 2 months) anyways for challenge # 8 your start weight was 185.8 and goal ws 180.8!!!!!!! Now you are at 153....HOLY CRAP!!!!! That is 32.8 lbs in a little over 2 months!!!!! That's about 3.4 lbs a week for 9,7 weeks!!!!! You go girl!!
So point is...if anyone feels like they are in a slump....or needs a bit of motivation.....look back to some of the old challenges and see where you came from....remember how you felt....and be proud of your accomplishments!!! And then go bust a move so you can lose more!!!
