(I didn't do anything wrong!! Stuck OP, and everything. haven't been exercising, not formally - but I'm teaching and that burns a lot more calories than sitting at my desk in the office - and I've been walking a lot! I think it's because of this heat -I'm swollen - hands. legs... Any ideas?

Congrats Ladies !! Don't get discouraged if you aren't losing, or even gain a pound on the scale here and there....it is most likely water weight (note to self as well!). Experts say that our bodies can vary as much as 4 pounds, even throughout the week!

Well, I have a bad cold, so exercising will be out for at least several days now . I have been eating on plan, and then get sick .

Slowly but surely. I told my husband this morning that I want to lose 17 more pounds and he thinks I'm crazy. He's also 6'2 and 235!

Chikitababe - Sorry you are sick....just hang in there....don't eat too much soup...LOL...high in sodium!! Just stick with your eating right and take care of yourself


JKS- One good thing about TOM - WHOOSH!! Stick with your eating and exercise you will be rewarded....I bet your in those 140's next week!!!! Won't that be awesome!!??

I'm down 1 more lb today!!! yayyyyyyyy My heaviest weight was 260 (I was down to 257 when I started 3FC) so all together I have lost 13 lbs!!! I'm soooo excited!

I also get my signature today! I have waited forever for this....I gotta go set it up!!!
