I've been bouncing around these last few days, but today I'm down. Whew!

SW-210
CW-209
GW-205

Tonight we're going to a baseball game, so I'm trying to plan accordingly, maybe I'll just share a pretzel with my husband and I'll offer to be the DD, so no beer.

We're going to a concert on Monday and I'd love to be able to squeeze into my smaller size jeans.

Have a great Friday, everyone!

Heck yes that would be awesome! I can't even imagine it. I am going to be SERIOUSLY excited when I see 149 on the scale. If I'm really OP these next 2 weeks, I think I can do it.
Congrats on 13 pounds down and getting a signature!

Darby - I always use the DD excuse not to drink. People usually don't complain...

Good Afternoon Guys,

Well I was down a lb this morning which is my official weigh day.

That means I have lost only 1lb a week. Should I be alright with this? I was hoping to get the 2lb a week loss. I know steady loss is best but man! It's hard just starting out to work hard for two whole weeks and only loose 2

Congrat to all who lost.

I am eating about 1500 cals a day. should I cut back to 1400?

I would love to weigh 133 by the 33 birthday which is November the 4th.
Do You guys think this is out of the question?

Heather

At your height and weight I would say yes drop it to 1400 and see what happens. A pound a week is good and it's certainly better than a pound the other way - but I know what you mean - 2 feels nicer!!

I have a question for all you wise ladies out there. My legs have always had A LOT of cellulite on them and they seem to be getting worse...they are very lumpy!! (so is my butt) I mean I can't even wear shorts...they look so gross. I think a lot of my weight is in my legs...how can I fix them or at least make them look somewhat better? Toning or will losing more weight help? We are going to the lake tomorrow and I want to go in a jogging suite I refuse to wear a bathing suit! Yikes!!!! So if anybody out there can help me that would be wonderful!!!!!!!!!

Start lifting weights and doing body resistance exercises. Squats, lunges, stepups, leg presses, etc. Tightening and building the muscle will help build and define your legs. It won't remove cellulite - nothing can do that - but it will help minimize the look of it.

Its hard to lose weight the less you weigh.....because the less you wiegh the less energy your body uses to do your exercises (because you don't have as much booty to move cause the booty is smaller....LOL )

so you have to work harder and cut more calories...so really it does get harder the more you lose....1 lb a week is good if you are eating 1,500 calories.....if you wanna lose more cut to 1,200 calories and review your exercise to see how many calories you are burning...remember 3,500 calories = 1 lb.....so that is what you have to burn...to lose 2 lbs a week you need to burn 1,000 calories a day....by cutting to 1,200 calories you would only need to get about 500 calories of exercise a day in....to lose 2 lbs a week
