Josephine - Yayyyy...glad for your move even if it is slight!!! Its that much closer to the 140's!!

Miriam - Way to stick it out! Man....I know where you are right now...last week the scale didn't move a bit....it went back and forth from 247 to 248...but I stuck it out and I'm getting a WHOOSH this week! I'm glad I stuck it out and didn't get discouraged and quit!!! I'm glad you stuck it out too!!!!

Kittycat - only 1/2 a pound to go!!! Work extra hard today...you could take it home for us tomorrow!!!


To all the losers keep up the good work!!! To all the maintainers stick it out.....keep pushing even though your frustrated...work a little harder....you'll get your whoosh!!!

As for me...down another pound today!!!! I can't believe it. You guys are so great....I can't tell you how many "diets" I have been on before. As soon as I didn't see what I wanted to on the scale I quit....went out to eat and ate the biggest meal I could....and quit working out!!! Of course all the weight came back very fast! I would always get soooo mad....now I see if I just would have stuck it out it would have come off and then some! I'm glad I have found this site!

I am still at 137, yesterday I was up to 139 (TOM visiting this week).. I am losing slowly, right now 1 pound/week, I am happy with that..
