YAY! I didnt think I was going to get through the fat blaster this morning because I was somewhat upset when I started. But I push Push PUSHED through it!!! (and STILL fit in a short run after!! hehe!)
Quick post-vacation update... Down to 162.5, so I've left 170ville and didn't kill my lifestyle change in the Carribbean. I completed the Midsummers Night 3k over four days... One day with a friend, and the next days alone. It was a mix of power-walking and jogging... BEAUTIFUL!!! I got a great tan, and had a beautiful time in the ocean.... So sad to have left, but I did miss this place. Gonna update soon with my August measurements. I have a job interview today for my dream position... Wish me luck!
I need motivation to workout! My interview went well, and I pray, pray, hope, wish that this position will be mine. I was supposed to go running/walking but it rained like heck in NYC. I'm bound to the house. If I clean for 2 hours, is that considered fitness activity? Ladies, let me know.

I'm glad to see you ladies are doing well. You're always an inspiration. So for an update: The scale moved again today, first time in about 4 days. Sometimes I get soooo impatient. But I'm starting to feel really close to my labor day goal (only 2 lbs away).
Tamara - I definately think 2 hours of house cleaning would count towards some physical activity!!! Especially if you are doing alot of sweeping/vacuming/mopping
Shari - keep me posted! Oh - and you should definately join TBL challenge! I've never watched the show either - but all of the praise and results that I've seen from the support in there is WELL worth it!

I didn't clean up last night, but I promise it's getting done today. I'm still in total vacay mode, but I need to keep up my progress. JasonsLea, prayers sent up!! Good luck with your job search! I know how it is... but we will be in the positions we're meant for... Stay encouraged!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'll be offline for a couple of weeks. It's gotten to the point where I rather shoot myself in the foot than pay Rent A Center money for a crappy computer that I could be putting towards a nice, new computer of my own. Hopefully this haitus will only last up to 3 weeks. I'm already going through withdrawals! This challenge might be over by the time I come back but I will find the new one (a Halloween one, right? Cool beanz!) and jump back in, I swear! Luv yall!
