Morning, gals! Or night - wherever you are

SW:158.2
CW:156.8 (down 0.4 from yesterday! Yay!)
GW:153.2

I saw a "6" on the scale! Cool! I've almost lost a whole 10 pounds

Hey there ladies, haven't checked in in a while, up 1 lb from previous weigh-in, but still down 1 lb.
Start: 205
Current: 204
Goal: 200 (again!)

Haven't been doing real well with eating lately, thought DD had a dairy allergy, so we have been off all dairy for the past few weeks (I am still nursing and nasty excema seemed to go away when we cut out dairy). We just found out that there is no dairy allergy, and I kind of went overboard

I have had a tough time getting back into weight loss mentality since returning from my trip. I guess I just need to "suck it up" and eat right and exercise...sigh

Hi all! Sorry I haven't been posting much. I just got home from school (after a 2 day road trip), and it's been a little hectic around here. I am still eating and exercising relatively well, although I'll probably maintain this week as opposed to losing. I will return to the challenge in about a week, when everything has settled down a bit. Maybe we'll be on number 13 by then!

Hey there,
I'm down (?) to 216. It's been a few crazy days, but I think they've settled down.

Eating and exercise have been off and I'm trying to get back into it.

Heather-I'm definitely in the bleh category!! But I'll get back onto the yea side and so will you!

Hang in there everyone!

What the-?! Ok girls, for those of you who have had more experience with losing water weight in a big whoosh after or during your period, is it normal to "whoosh" for two days? Because, um, I just WON. I stepped on the scale thinking "I feel a bit lighter, maybe I dropped another half a pound" and my eyes just about bugged out when it said my GW - 188.5!!!

I have this feeling like it may bounce back upwards, but I guess I get to start the next thread?! I'm still just in shock. I didn't think I'd win our little challenge and certainly not practically overnight!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!

You deserve it! Yes, I think whooshing is definitely normal two days in a row. You're up some, you're down some. Of course, some are down a whole lot... lol. CONGRATS!!!
