Not changing my ticker until official weigh-in on Wednesday - no jinxing anything here. I also don't change it until official weigh-ins if it goes up Photo!! Nothing wrong with that.

Woosh so I was going to have beers at a friends house tonight but I think having a good week is going to help say yes to just one and no more - don't need the empty calories!

Don't be miserable! You've been doing so good! Going very, very clean is a great idea! You can do this!

Don't you give up, and you DO know how. WRITE A PLAN. I'm telling you, writing down a whole day's menu -- or week's menu -- is INVALUABLE. Write down your plan, total up your calories so you know you're in limits, and just FOLLOW IT. No straying, no deviations, no substitutions. You may not have to do this the rest of your life, but right at the beginning when we ALL struggle with moment-by-moment choices, having a plan is SO GOOD!

You can do it, cutie, I know you can!

Plateaux are the hardest things to get through. I had a two month plateau! (See March and April in my sig). You just have to keep on plugging away at it and try not to let it get you down. In the end I dropped 100 cals a day and that seemed to do the trick.
