I'm going to weigh myself even though tomorrow morning is officially my "Day" I felt so lost without 3FC.. Anyone else have a little panic attack?? :) :) SW 158.2 GW 153.2 That was weird - ! My digital scale was trying to make up its mind between 158.2 and 159.6. WTH?! |

i ate a big twix bar last night. i need 3fc so much clearly. i feel awful and really bummed out. so my SW: 202.8 :( CW: 202.8 GW: 197.8 my god im miserable about all this... no losses for a week, in fact a 2 pound gain. i think im gonna review my eating and go seriously sparse and clean for a week to see what happens x |

Plateaux are the hardest things to get through. I had a two month plateau! (See March and April in my sig). You just have to keep on plugging away at it and try not to let it get you down. In the end I dropped 100 cals a day and that seemed to do the trick.
