Welcome to all the new people. We really are glad you are joining us. This will be our third month doing this. Even with the holidays, we have made a lot of progress. Just look at our numbers from January (as of this writing, the numbers still need to be updated). We rocked!!!!!!! So, this support thread is more than just seeing who is first to loose 5 pounds, or who looses the most (but that is fun). It is also to be an encouragement and also keep us accountable. So post as often as you can.

Welcome! You can do it. 5 pounds is just the start. If you only loose 1 pound, 2 pound, ect. a month....think how much better you will feel. Better than gaining that amount a month.

Welcome! So glad you are joining us. No need to be shy with us. Come and post as often as you can. And you are doing this perfect. When ever you are ready to change the numbers, let me know, and I will make the changes. Some people do this once a week, or whenever they have a change. I will do my best to keep up with this. If you notice that your numbers weren't changed, just let me know. I have three kids that have taken some of my brain cells, soooooo.......I may need to be reminded!!!!
