I am in. I am going to try for 30. I have two vacations, and of course there is Thanksgiving, between now and then. It may be a bumpy road ahead but I am determined to make it!

Shy - good attitude about taking the new day as a NEW day and leaving previous choices behind. And WOOHOO on losing another pound!

Dream - how excited are you for the 170s? Heck, I'm just excited about the 190s! :P

Utah - great goal!

As for me - I started Couch to 5K on Monday... OMG. I was SO sore yesterday; this morning I went out and sort of did what I was supposed to. I've been joking with my boyfriend that this is Week 0.5, and I'll do Week 1 next week. I'm still getting over the tailend of a cold, which is making my asthma flare up... that combined with being sore... ugh.

Shy - I like that way of thinking about it, especially if the fat gets mad enough to leave me. Heheh.

SoTypical - Welcome, and great goal! I live in BC too - I'm in Vancouver.

Well...

today was also kind of crapy, I thought all the negative stuff was done with yesterday but it seemed to creep its way in again today. I did do better today then yesterday though.

Breakfast: 1'2 bag of sunflower seeds, darn my love for salt.
Lunch: Watermelon and a corn dog
Snack: about 4 animal cookie
Dinner: havn't had it yet, I'm feeling guilty about that corn dog and cookies so I must just have some steamed veggies, but who knows what I could end up eating between now and bedtime.

Oh and I was pertty nice to my fat today (no exercise)
I should really piss it off tomorrow.

So where is everyone elses confession of the day? lol

Practiceliving, just wondering what couch to 5k is, I've seen others posting about it. I've started jogging and could use a plan to follow.

Welcome sotypical and Utahgirl, good luck with your goals.

Hey dream - it's a program online to teach people to run 5K or for 20mins straight. If you google "couch to 5K" one of the first results will be from Cool Runnings, and that's what I'm using. It's helping a ton, and there's even great podcasts you can get off iTunes that take you through each session so you don't have to watch the clock.

Well I was hoping to continue DOWN the scales with weigh-in this morning, but somehow in 48hours I've gained a pound. WTH is that, body?! Sheesh.
