I am sorta around myself.. having all 12 hour days though, which gives me no time to get on here. Sucks. Diet is going alright - not too such about the weight loss though. I get Sunday off, so I will weigh that day.
Rosario - 1 meal at a time.. truely thats what it comes down to.
Boy I can't wait until this weight loss struggle is over... however, is maintenance harder? Gotta wonder!

Shari - 50 minutes is really good! Nicely done! 12 hour days are hard - esp since a lot of that is driving and thats exhausting! Just 5 more shifts to go, and I am done with that store!! Phew!
So Josh went to conferences up in Whistler (about 2 hours away), all paid! I'm jealous and worried.. he's rooming with 2 guys who drink A LOT!! I am hoping he doesn't pull that, while they are away and have SOME spare time, it's just not the place to drink. It's WORK! Anyways, thats my vent/rant for the day!
So I got 70 min of exercise yesterday. But I kinda figured that it was cancelled out by the horrific eating I did afterwards (the pitfalls of having a best friend who's going to Culinard!). But when I got up today, I hopped on the scale to see how much damage control I would have to do and I've lost. Thank you body! I celebrated with a peanut butter and jelly wheat bagel and a bottle of water. Protein and fiber is good for Shari.
Today is my first day on night shift and I'm nervous/excited. We'll see how this goes.
