Rosario - hey you!! It's hard to get everything in balance, but truly your body is probably changing a lot - esp with exercise! Keep reminding yourself that you are making positive changes

PS - whats new on The Hills? Have spencer and heidi broken up yet? I keep missing all the newer episodes!
Shari - You do always have a plan - thats a good thing! I dunno if the WW meeting will happen on a holiday, I guess it depends on when the meeting time is? Sounds like a new LIFE for you! My thought is this - new atmosphere means you can make new patterns.. healthy ones.
I am doing alright - wasn't feeling so good, so I am back at 'er as of my dinner! I had a salad and meatloaf (semi low fat, high protein!), so thats good. My diet is key - especially to feeling better. I am tired of having a sore stomach. I am also planning to do pushups and ab workout daily, hopefully get some inches off so my xmas present will fit better. I got a size 14 B-E-A-U-TIFUL jacket! It's a little tight on the arms and doesn't do up around the bust/upper stomach area... so I am hoping all of this will help. I guess I better go take some measurements! Have a good one gals!!
