I stopped weighing on Saturday's it was bad for me. I would weigh, be like WOHOO I lost 2 pounds and then I would pig out!

So I switched to Monday in hopes to make me eat better during the weekend, and it works, but there has been too much going on the last few weekends so I haven't been weighing in. Today the scale was still up some.

Sorry to hear you are having a ****ty week Aimee - my week isn't all that super either.

Long story short, Grandma broke her back two months ago, and now we are taking her dog to live with us permently - and the dog is a PITA so hopefully we can change it. On top of it all, I feel like I have SO much to do this week - well I do have lots to go, argh - been really stressed lately.

Courtnie, Tuesdays rock! What kind of dog are you getting? Do you think Keiko would be jealous?

Aimee ~ :hugs: Sorry you're having a rough week.

Down 1.2 this week.

No exercise for the past two days. I can feel my body getting back into that lazy zone so back to the gym tomorrow.

Shari - CONGRATS ON THE LOSS! WOO!
The dog is the same time as Keiko, boston terrier - Keiko likes Cloey, I think she will be a bit jealous but she will get used to it. Cloey is a PITA though and mom just wanted me to find her a new home outside of our family She doesn't think I will be able to look after her because she likes to get up in the middle of the night and I have to go to work... I hope we can make it work, but I dunno

Courtnie ~ I fold. What is PITA?

Ro ~ Go to the gym! Go for 10 mins on the treadmill and believe me, it will turn into 20, 30, and so on!

30 mins today. No gym, just walked to the library.

everyone!

Court ~ It's just a dog.....unless you're like my family, then it's like a kid.

70 mins Friday and 70 mins yesterday, all walking. Hoping I can get to the gym tomorrow.

So I had a total WTF? moment yesterday: I was delivering the dinner trays in MICU and one of the patients was looking at me and crackling when I was setting him up. As I was leaving, he said 'You got a fat face....but you're pretty.' Ooookkkaaay. I just looked at him and left. I wasn't hurt or angry, it was just 'Huh?'

Court ~ YAY for Wednesdays!

60 mins of walking today. We had a very pretty day. It was kinda dark, threatening rain, and the wind was blowing (well, it was pretty to me!).

Someone noticed today and it was weird cause I really haven't lost anything and when she asked, I kinda denied. She then asked me if I was trying, I said yes, and she said it showed. Not sure how to feel about that.

Shari - since you are exercising your body is getting tighter - so it's probably very noticeable! I once lost like 10 pounds but because I did it all thru exercise my body was so much tighter most people thought it was 25-30 pounds. Nice feeling! Embrace it!

Things are calming down - I even exercised, felt good. I hope to do it again tomorrow, heh. I have set myself a timeline to get to my goal by May - which is pretty doable, I just gotta get at 'er and STOP procrastinating! It's so easy to procrastinate...
