Well ladies... hope all is well! Weigh-in this AM was 143.5, which is okay considering how late I ate dinner. (Around 10pm or so... that's what time I got out of class - ate on the way home...eesh!) Did 55 minutes of running covering a little over 5 miles and then 1 1/2 hrs of capoeira!
13.5 lbs til I'm in the 120s, which is my summer goal!
OMG if TOM was a person, I would shot him in the freakin kneecap! WI Tuesday and I was up to 256! That's over 5 lbs in a week! But I think it was water weight cause I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 251.8.
I'm getting a kitten! I really wanted a puppy cause I'm a dog person but we aren't supposed to have animals in my apartment complex so I had to choose the one that would make the least noise. My friend Sarah is getting one from one of her co workers and he said I could have one too. We have to wait for them to stop bottle feeding though.
God I am about to die from boredom in my apartment. All my books have been read a thousand times, all movies have been watched over and over. My apartment is a small space so there isn't hardly any cleaning to be done. I need cable...seriously.
I had a light walk this morning because I'm in another relay for life tonight and I know that I'm going to be walking for HOURS (literally) tonight and tomorrow morning.
I've stayed right at my calorie allotment for 5 days in a row, despite going out to eat last night, and eating McD's the night before (had a grilled wrap and a yogurt parfait - cheap, good, and low cal.) AND I've lost two pounds. Whoo hoo!
Dragging hubby to the gym with me tonight. Can't wait!
Morning chicks! Friday I got in 1 1/2 hrs. of capoeira - took Saturday & Sunday off the gym since I had some extra work (I'm a musician - so you take it as it comes...) so I was so busy there was no time for the gym between rehearsals, performances, et al.
Weigh in this morning is still 143.5 ... but it's only 13.5 lbs away from the 120s (my goal) so I see that as still doable... and at least the goal is in sight. What is 13.5 lbs? Haha.
Plan for the week is 2 hrs of capoeira/night from Monday-Friday, then a minimum of 30 minutes of running/morning. This morning I did 2.7 miles in roughly 31 minutes... so far on schedule. While I'm in peak training for capoeira I don't want to push the running speed... we'll worry about that in another week or so... (We have our big climax of the year, batizado, this coming saturday... I can't believe it's this week already!) I had a 1.5 loss at my weigh in yesterday, that's pretty exciting.
Weighed in on Sunday and I was up a pound...143. Oh well, that's okay. I still made my April 1st goal, so I'm happy with that!
I need to get into a routine of exercising. I've been slacking with that the past week. So I'm really gonna work on that this week. Wish me luck! Have a great night everyone.
