Had a good mothers day. Ate just a wee bit too much but nothing serious. Having a bit of a plateau week but it is kind of my pattern.
The big excitement for the day is that I woke up to a mountain lion in my front yard.
Trying to get myself in gear to loose the last 10. I am much more tempted these days to go off plan. So far so good but the devil is sitting on my shoulder.
Don't give up Hiker! If you get off plan now, you won't have to worry about losing the last 10, you'll have to worry about losing the last 20, 30, 40, etc. And we need to move forward not go back. A mountion lion?! Yikes! What did you do?
I am almost there but I won't be surprised if I don't make it. I lose a few then stall for a month or more so since I have lost 4 pounds I am waiting for the stall.
Great job Shari. i did awful last night my uncle dropped off a bunch of chips the other day and last night I ate half a bag.......and I mean the big ones....needless to say WATER RETENTION so i need to be OP toaday and drink lots of water to get this sodium out of me. I feel like crap today and I want to eat everything in sight ....that will teach me I hope
