I find my best worout for the month is usually the last day or first day TOM is done.I do not know why that is.

Hi all. I feel like I'm totally new again, and I was only gone for a week...

I had a really good weigh in on Easter, then gained 1 lb during spring break that showed up on my weigh in yesterday. *shrug* it could have been worse...

I hate the cold it makes me wanna snack! i have planned my whole day and now I hope i stick to it. It is only 1;40 now I still have most of the day left. i am gonna need luck.

Hey girls. Just popping in to say that I won't be participating in this challenge anymore. I'm way too busy with school at the moment...with finals coming up and everything. I'm still going to keep my ticker up and lose that weight by June, but I just won't be making an effort to come to 3FC for a while. At least until the semester comes to an end. I've decided to take down my ticker thing. I was looking at it and getting really depressed and when I get depressed, I start eating and it snowballs from there. So my sig will be ticker-free until I start seeing some progress.

Okay...I'm really late on this challenge...I guess there are a lot fewer days until summer...but I still want to play if that's okay. My goals are to drink 64 oz of water each day...walk 10,000 steps and get in 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week (this first month). I'd like to lose 5 lbs by May 15th and aim for 10 by June 20.

welcome Lobacal. Man the more threads you post in the more you feel like your repeating yourself. I am not up to exercise full force this week but I am getting in at least 1 hour a day and today I just walked at a fast pace instead of interval. i hope I am back t it full force by this weekend.

Hey everyone! How's everyone doing? I'm doing okay, getting my eating back in check. For once I think I'm happy that I'm dead broke because I don't have the money to buy any crap. I brought my some measuring cups to go along with my measuring spoons yesterday. Hope everyone has a great week!

I came in late, so I expect to lose at least 5 pounds. Im not calorie counting, Im doing a diet called Johnsons Up Day Down Day Diet tomorrow, so hopefully, I will lose a good amount of weight.
