July 6th- Walked 4 miles
July 7th-"The Firm: Fat Blasting Cardio" (35 min)..I should have done more that day.
July 8th-Walked 4 miles
July 9th-Off (I only exercise 6 days/week).

Oh..believe me every day I force myself to exercise but I usually do it before I really start my day so I have no excuse kwim? I really want to get into running but want to wait until I lose a bit more weight so it will be less stress on my knees.

Good luck, Angie!!

Donna, I am so with you. I'm tired and irritable, and I can't get my butt moving.
I hope your workload eases up soon!

Keep it up, ladies... you're doing great!!
