good question, I said no to bread on a table in an Italian Restaurant as well as cheesecake, a temptation to order pasta instead of fish with vegetables and the 2d coconut flavoured Atkins bar...

I said no to freshbaked blondies and brownies :D
I even cut the blondies (brownies are still cooling) into slices, and didn't eat the crumbs that fell, I also stored most in tupperware, but moved some to a dish which involved moving around some cookies that also smell pretty darn good o__o But I didn't eat any- and I'm proud!! |

Krispy Kreme!!! I just moved to Nashville and there is a disproportionate number of doughnut shops here. I was never taunted by doughnuts before, but living here, they touture me. Today was especially hard as I drove past the krispy kreme at least 5 times looking for a Lane Bryant that apparently no longer exists. I almost told myself I would just get one, but then I stopped and assessed. I knew that wasn't the truth. I didn't want one; I wanted at least 4. I was really close to breaking, so I detoured to avoid passing that shop one more time and went home.

I said NO to NOT working out today. I didn't work out yesterday - I took a mental health day off work to catch up on sleep and I ended up eating mostly carbs and some sugar. I slept through my "work-out" time and flat out wasn't in the mood to do.. So, it was absolutely necessary to go today. I HATE the way I feel when I skip two days in a row, skipping one is bad enough these days. So, at work today I started contemplating NOT working out again because I feel less motivated after a day of not eating TOO great and not working out (weird huh?). Anyway, I took a 5 hour energy, got home, put on my running gear and did 4 miles, bleachers, and walked to make a 90 minute workout! I feel great. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow (thats probably the 5 hour energy still talking).
Oh, I also said NO to having a diet soda and a coffee drink today. Trying to stick to water and carbornated water. |
I am currently on vacation for the last two days it wasn't really a problem. Today I said no to pizza (which is really amazing here) and a pulled pork sandwhich :)

we went out to ihop today and i got the chicken fried steak with a serving size of hash browns cheese and a little chili and then 3 eggs.. :| but then the other dish was 3 fluffy yummy pancakes.. and i said NO to the.. PANCAKES! im so proud becasue i would never say no to something that sweat and good!! thats all ive had today and ive been full for the whole day just water for me :D

I was tempted to bake today, but I didn't because I know I eat to much of it when I do.

I'm saying NO to a bowl of cereal right now. I just had eggs whites with spinach and I really don't need anymore food.

I said no to a tub of houmous and a large bag of crisps. Well ok, I only said no because my hubby made me feel guilty about going to buy them, so I shoved them back on the shelf and walked off in a huff...

I brought a Healthy Choice for lunch at work today and after I finished with it I started craving something chocolatey. I always, always, always want a chocolate chip cookie or something after I eat one of those healthy things. As a reward maybe? Who knows. The vending machine beckoned by I stayed rooted to my chair :)
