Ice cream! Even if it was the Weight Watchers kind. I didn't have any points left and wanted ice cream and said no!

today i said no to pastries and cupcakes and candy and cookies.

Ugh the list for today goes on and on, but my biggest feat was this morning after I had b-fast (bread w/ PB and a banana, because I wasn't too hungry) I poured my self a big bowl of cereal.. I reached for the milk, turned around, and dumped the cereal in the garbage.

It's been tough.

Today I said no to all the yummy fried rice that would've normally come w/ my hibachi chicken (as well as the genji rolls that are absolutely FANTASTIC pieces of deep fried heaven) and instead had them put more zucchini and onions w/ my chicken in place of the rice. :)

My son helped the neighbors pick up sticks from their yard this afternoon while I was walking, so they invited us over tonight to hang out around the fire pit. I said 'No Thank you' to the smores and was very happy about it.

I said no to garlic bread with dinner (and I LOVE garlic bread!!)

I also said no to everything at McDonalds except a grilled chicken caesar salad w/water!

And hoping to say no to ice cream tonight!

today i said no to throwing in the towel. i hate to think of where i would be right now, and how i would be feeling right now, if i had.
