Today was my first day...I said NO to waiting until tomorrow again!!!

It started pouring today, and I was out with a friend. Our only option seemed to be to go into a coffee shop...
I said NO to the pastries (of which there were many) but did treat myself to a small hot chocolate (mentally, I said NO to the medium size cup :P) |
My partner and another relative had a combined birthday party yesterday. Think buffet lunch and two birthday cakes. I said no to both cakes, had an on-plan lunch and even when we were forced to take home leftover cake (yes, we were forced... trust me, you don't say no to that relative!) I've had none of it. In fact I don't even want any. If it's still there tomorrow (ie noone else in the house has finished it) I'll throw it in the bin. I'd have binned it immediately but I want to honestly know that I could leave it for others to enjoy and not succumb myself.

Mac and cheese after a huge bowl of cereal for lunch. I hate stress and TOM!

over the last few days, said no to this detailed plan my brain was constructing (without my permission haha) to go to a whole bunch of places to get junk and eat it all in a terrible binge.

Turned down fast food, hubby & I both went home and had a healthy lunch.

I said no to McDs fries....the kids didnt want the rest and I thought "Just one fry" but instead I threw them away!

Yesterday I said no to a Starbucks Iced White Chocolate Mocha (my fave coffee drink), cake doughnuts, mini chocolate doughnuts, a trip to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and finishing my whole dinner at Mi Cocina. :)
This morning I said no to pretzel M&Ms, :m: mini M&Ms, and frosting (I live around a lot of junk food!) and later today I will say no to McDonald's. Here that food? No! :snooty: |
