my fallback for any meal I dont want to cook: rooled up deli meat with mayo... Im prettys ick of mayo though..I 'll do it with cheese.. how exciting!!

mealybug, I eat a lot of rolled up roast beef deli slices with cheese and sour pickles. yummy.

one of those exciting protein/fibre shakes....but I added a drop of coconut extract tastes like drinking a chocolate maccaroon!!! Just heaven!
