Jane: Enjoy your slow day at work! Great job on the 1lb down. I am sure the rest will disappear just as quickly! Especially since the cubicle from **** is gone

TG: Hope all goes well with Toad! Wish I lived near you! I just love animals and would gladly take him!!! Maybe he will be on his best behavior and everything will work out for the best!

Jina: Way to go on staying away from the temptation at the ball games. I know how tempting all that great food can be. We usually try to make at least one minor leauge game per year and the food always smells so great there! Great going on that jogging! Have a fabulous day!!

Star: I have already got it lined up for my SIL to put the ultrasound pics on the computer for me. My scanner is broken so she's gonna do it for me! Good Luck with the Interview today! I will have everything possible crossed for you! Let us know how it goes!!! Sending nothing but good vibes your way!!

Leenie: Your ultrasound story made me laugh That is so funny! I have always wanted to know the sex, however DH does not! He's got 3 weeks to change his mind

Well, had a good trip to the dr this morning. She said everything looks excellent! She believes that my prenatal vitamins are what is making me sick. I was never sick at all until I started taking them. She told me to stop immediately and to start taking children's chewable vitamins. She said 2 of those a day has everything I need in them! Also said that if that didnt' help to call her and let her know and she would perscribe something for me! We scheduled the ultra sound for 3 weeks from Today! She was going to do it next week, but since I really want to know the sex, she is putting it off for 2 weeks where we should definately be able to see! She also told me today that from the heartbeat, baby position, and some other things she feels like it's a BOY! Told me not to start buying the blue stuff yet, but that was just her feeling considering everything! Well, nothing much more to report! Lisa, I had to stop taking mine, too, but as I said in my PM, that didn't stop me from feeling sick all the time. Only threw up twice the entire time, but was nauseated almost constantly. Now there's incentive to have another baby!!

I was SURE my baby was a boy. Then, we went in for the "big" ultrasound and the technician (who knew we wanted to know) looked around and typed on the screen in an obscure little corner "XX".

She then turned to me and asked me what I thought the sex was. I said "well, right up until you typed that 'xx', I thought it was a boy." She laughed - and said, yep, it's a girl.

That was quite a mental adjustment for me since I was SO sure it was a boy. I got used to it though, and now all I want are more girls.

Lisa: Thanks again for that information. Picked it up this morning when I got my Flintstone chewables That's funny about your ultrasound! It hits home also! I do not care what the sex of the baby is. I just want a healthy baby! But, every since the day I found out I was pregnant, I have truly felt like it was a girl! Anytime I am refering to the baby I say HER! Anytime DH refers to the baby he says HE! Guess we will find out for sure in 3 weeks! As far as the sickness, I am sure feeling that way all the time was AWFUL! But, everything....and I do mean EVERYTHING that I eat makes me sick! I was scared to start with because I was afraid that the baby would not get the nurtients and everything it needs, but I am able to drink milk, juice and really drink anything I want and they say that the baby will get his/her's. I had lost 17lbs, but went in today and had gained a pound. Have no idea how that happened, but the Dr said she was proud of me! Told her glad someone was proud that I gained Needless to say, I have decided that this child will be an ONLY CHILD! Told DH if he wants more, he has to carry them! Well, off to do a few things, then go out shopping with my Best Friend! Hope everyone has a great afternoon!!!

The other Lisa: Glad to hear from you. I was just thinking about you this morning and wondering how your pregnancy was going. Another girl!!!! Doesn't that make 3 Think of the weddings!

Jane: Of course I will tell all of you!!! I think DH will want to know also. When I told him today that the dr told me what she thought it was...he was like....well???? I said...You dont' wanna know! He changed his mind real quick there! So needless to say, I am sure he will want to know during the Ultra Sound also! Well, off to do the shopping thing. I have to get me some more pants. Everything I have now is too big on me, but am sure that won't be the case for long! Have a great evening Everyone!!!!

Just to clarify - I am not pg. At least, not yet. Not planning on it for a few more months at least.

I have been MIA for almost a week. Sorry! Been really busy - but doing well. Won't weigh myself till Friday but a few of my clothes fit better and my body actually feels better! Atkins is really working well for me and dh. I am not doing well on counting my carbs daily so I am can't really determine if we are ready to raise our carbs. I guess I better do that so we can see if we can add some new foods

I had a birthday on Monday - the big 48. With the exception of my excess pounds - I think I look pretty good for my age

Lisa - I convinced myself that Taylor was a boy until the 3rd Ultrasound when the head of the practice confirmed she was a girl. I broke out into tears and with a bewildered look on his face, Dr. Montgomery took my hand and said, "It's going to be alright, I have two girls!" I can't believe I was so silly. I am very happy with my two girls and Taylor is really a girl in sheep's clothing - quite a tomboy at times!

jdoggmartin - I have done lots of research of plastic surgery and visited a lot of doctors. Most of the surgeons will do a consultation for free so you can compare procedures, prices, facilities etc. Before I found 3fc I found some great forums for weight loss surgery. After visiting several surgeons and preparing my research I selected the right surgeon and procedure for me when I am ready.
