Im gonna have to invite you down to "the Wood" on of these weekends Star...the "girlz" ( well boyz actually) get dressed up and go agro in the clubs out there....the only bad thing is that my friends actually look prettier than me when they dress!!! Nothing like being in a room full of gorgeous sweaty gyrating guys and realizing not ONE of them is interested in a real girl!

Star, I have never done Pilates, but want to some day. You know, I had a lot of reservations going to class. I kept debating to myself to get my book or a new DVD and try it on my own before going back to class. But then last night I realized that there is a class at 7:30 and I figured not too many people are going to be there. Plus I was waiting for my ice cream to freeze so I thought that is the best time. I went and was wrong about the size of the class. It was packed. But then it didn’t matter. Also my muscles were still a bit tired after weight training and I was struggling toward the end. But that didn’t matter either. Today I am sore. But it is one of those fun sores, you know. Give your Pilates a try one of these days. Yes, you will be sore the next day. But it is nothing that couple of Advil’s wouldn’t be able to fix after a few hours and then you are as pro as ever.

Marie - go agro? I don't think I've heard that term, but I'm assuming it's in drag? The place where I go dancing has a drag show in on half of the building and it's a lot of fun. They may be prettier, but mine are real!

Rachel - according to Pilates, if you're sore, you're doing it wrong and causing muscle damage. I'm hopping back into it, though. I love the rhythm and focus of pilates (plus, it's giving me fantastic abs and legs!)
